Bush and Mrs. Laura Bush greet Mexican President Vicente Fox and his wife Martha Sahagun de Fox to this administration's first State Dinner at the White House Sept. 5. Escorted by President and Mrs. Bush past a military honor guard, President Fox and his wife Martha Sahagun de Fox enter the White House through it's North entrance, which is reserved for formal occasions.
