President Bush Discusses U.S. Ocean Action Plan

The U.S. Ocean Action Plan established a coordinated ocean governance structure to enhance leadership and coordination among the Federal agencies with ocean-related responsibilities and activities. Last year, I issued an executive order protecting two of our nation's most popular game fish -- striped bass and red drum.
