President Bush Welcomes Recipients of the President's Environmental Youth Awards to White House
President George W. Bush addresses recipients of the President's Environmental Youth Awards during a ceremony Thursday, April 17, 2008, in the Rose Garden of the White House. Established in 1971, the awards recognize students from grades K-12 who have led environmental efforts in their communities.
