          Visit to Iraq 2008
Vice President Dick Cheney meets with the Chairman of the Supreme Council for the Islamic Revolution in Iraq Sayyed Abdul-Aziz al-Hakim Monday, March 17, 2008 at the Hakim residence in Baghdad. During a statement following their meeting the Vice President said, "There is still a lot of difficult work that must be done, but as we move forward, the Iraqi people should know that they will have the unwavering support of President Bush and the United States in consolidating their democracy."
