          Visit to Iraq 2008
Vice President Dick Cheney meets with President Hamid Karzai of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan Thursday, March 20, 2008 at Gul Khana Palace in Kabul. During the meeting the Vice President reaffirmed the bonds of friendship and cooperation between the United States and Afghanistan and ensured continued U.S. leadership in helping the people of Afghanistan rebuild their country.
