Blue sky and the blue water of the Adriatic Sea frame the rocky coastline and ancient walls of the medieval city of Dubrovnik, Croatia, the last stop on Vice President Dick Cheney's five-day, three-country trip. While in Dubrovnik, the Vice President will participate in meetings with Croatian officials and leaders from Albania and Macedonia to discuss the countries' aspirations to become members of the transatlantic community through integration into NATO and the European Union.
