President George W. Bush speaks to the small business community in Elizabeth, N.J., Monday, June 16, 2003. "I want to herald the entrepreneurs. I want to say thanks to those who have taken risks," said the President in his remarks. "And I want to remind our fellow citizens that in order for our economy to recover we must remember the strength and the importance of the small business owner in America."
