President Bush announced today the designation of a Presidential Delegation to attend the International Forum Commemorating the 75th Anniversary of Holodomor in Kyiv, Ukraine on November 22, 2008.

The Honorable William B. Taylor, Jr., United States Ambassador to Ukraine, will lead the delegation.
