Personnel Announcement

White House News

President George W. Bush today announced his intention to designate two individuals to serve in his Administration.

The President intends to designate Clay Lowery, of Virginia, to be Acting United States Director of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and Acting United States Director of the African Development Bank.

The President intends to designate David Reid Murtaugh, of Indiana, to be Acting Deputy Director for State, Local and Tribal Affairs in the Office of National Drug Control Policy.
