President Signs Extension of USA Patriot Act Provisions

On Friday, February 3, 2006, the President signed into law:

H.R. 4659, which extends from February 3, 2006, to March 10, 2006, the sunset of temporary authorities under the USA PATRIOT Act and the "lone wolf" provision of the Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act.
