President Signs "National Flood Insurance Program Further Enhanced Borrowing Authority Act of 2005"

On Monday, November 21, 2005, the President signed into law:

H.R. the "National Flood Insurance Program Further Enhanced Borrowing Authority Act of 2005", which temporarily increases the Federal Emergency Management Agency's borrowing authority for carrying out the National Flood Insurance Program.
