Personnel Announcement

President George W. Bush today announced his intention to appoint one individual to serve in his administration:

The President intends to appoint William Hogarth, of Florida, to be a United States Commissioner to the International Commission for the Conservation of Atlantic Tunas (Government Representative), for a three-year term.
