Personnel Announcement

President George W. Bush today announced his intention to appoint one individual to serve in his administration:

The President intends to appoint Duane Acklie of Nebraska to be a member of the Board of Directors of the Student Loan Marketing Association and upon appointment, to designate him as Chairman.
