President Signs ORBIT Technical Corrections Act
Statement by the Press Secretary

On Monday, June 30, 2003, the President signed into law:

H.R. 2312, the ORBIT Technical Corrections Act of 2003, which extends the deadline for the International Mobile Satellite Organization (Inmarsat) to conduct and initial public offering of securities.
