Statement by the Press Secretary

On Monday, May 19, 2003, the President signed into law:

H.R. 289, which expands the boundaries of the Ottawa National Wildlife Refuge Complex and the Detroit River International Wildlife Refuge in the States of Ohio and Michigan.
