Personnel Announcement

President George W. Bush today announced intention to nominate two individuals to serve as United States Circuit Judges for the Third Circuit:

The President intends to nominate D. Michael Fisher of Pennsylvania, to be a United States Circuit Judge for the Third Circuit.

The President intends to nominate Jay C. Waldman of Pennsylvania, to be a United States Circuit Judge for the Third Circuit.
