Statement by the Press Secretary
Visit by Prime Minister Chretien of Canada

President Bush will meet with Prime Minister Chretien of Canada at the White House on March 14 to review key bilateral issues and planning for the June 2002 G-8 meeting in Kananaskis, Canada.

The President and the Prime Minister will meet in the Oval Office, and continue their discussions over a working dinner in the White House.  The President looks forward to the opportunity to review progress in the campaign against terrorism and regional issues of interest to both countries.
