British Prime Minister to Visit White House
Statement by the Press Secretary

President Bush will welcome British Prime Minister Tony Blair for a meeting and a working dinner on September 20, 2001. The United Kingdom has strongly supported the United States in the wake of the September 11 terrorist attacks. This visit is an important step in President Bush’s efforts to build a strong international coalition in the war against terrorism.
