State of the Union, President George W. Bush

"The President shall from time to time give to Congress information of the State of the Union and recommend to their Consideration such measures as he shall judge necessary and expedient." Article II, Sec. 3, U.S. Constitution

For the first time in history, the President's State of the Union message was available via a live webcast on the White House web site. A transcript and closed-captioned video will be available as soon as possible following the address.
