President George W. Bush remarks on medical liability reform at the Baptist Health Medical Center in Little Rock, Ark., Jan. 26, 2004. .This year, seniors are going to get a drug discount card, which will save them 10 to 25 percent off the retail price of most prescription drugs. And the lowest income seniors will get a $600 credit. That will help seniors with drug costs,. said the President outlining his plan to help senior citizens.
