LESLEY A. FIELD

Deputy Administrator
Office of Federal Procurement Policy

Lesley Anne Field was selected for the Deputy Administrator for Federal Procurement Policy in the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), Executive Office of the President.  The Office of Federal Procurement Policy (OFPP) is responsible for developing and implementing acquisition policies to support over $400 billion in Federal procurements each year.  Prior to joining the OFPP staff, Lesley worked at the U.S. Department of Transportation as a contracting officer, program analyst, and procurement policy analyst in the Office of the Secretary.

Lesley received her Bachelor of Science in Commerce from the University of Virginia, and her Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Virginia Tech.  She completed the Senior Executive Fellows Program at the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University in 2007, and is a 2008 winner of the Federal 100 Award.
