  2. BILL TITLE: Bend Pine Nursery Land Conveyance Act
  3. BILL PURPOSE: To authorize the Secretary of Agriculture to sell or exchange certain land in the State of Oregon and to use the proceeds for National Forest System purposes.
  4. OMB ESTIMATE: P.L.106-526 authorizes the Secretary of Agriculture to sell or exchange certain land in Oregon and to spend the proceeds on constructing new facilities. OMB estimates that the land sales will increase offsetting receipts by $3 million in 2002 and $2 million in 2003, and that the Department will spend $1 million in 2002 and $4 million in 2003 to build new facilities.
