EVENT BACKGROUNDER MEETING WITH BUSINESS LEADERS

BACKGROUND

The participants in this meeting represent the public policy views of a broad cross-section of American businesses. Their organizations' members employ millions of people and generate tremendous economic growth for the Nation. As a result, the participants play a key role in impacting policy and shaping opinions in Washington, D.C. and across the U.S. This meeting will allow the President to discuss policy priorities for 2006.
