Traveling to raise the awareness of heart disease, Laura Bush discusses the Heart Truth Campaign in Chicago Tuesday, March 23, 2004. "And all of us, I think, were very shocked to find out that heart disease is the number one cause of death among American women. We all thought that heart disease was a man's disease," said Mrs. Bush explaining that about 65,000 more women than men will die of Heart disease this year.
