The White House hosted its second "Radio Day" on January 21, 2004 as an opportunity for local and national radio hosts to interview White House officials and Cabinet members.

Located in a tent on the north side of the White House, local and nationally-syndicated radio hosts conducted interviews of Administration officials and Cabinet members.

Trey Bohn, Director of Radio Media, said, "Radio Day was an opportunity to reach out to members of the radio community, who do not normally cover White House events. Many Americans get their news from talk radio and this was an excellent way for members of the President's team to take his message directly to them."
