Addressing the HIV/AIDS Epidemic
One day after announcing his plan, President George W. Bush discusses the AIDS policy with advisors in the Oval Office Jan. 29, 2003. "We believe in the value and dignity of every human life," said the President during the bill's May 27th signing ceremony. "In the face of preventable death and suffering, we have a moral duty to act, and we are acting."
