   The White House Celebrates Independence Day

President George W. Bush speaks to an Independence Day crowd in Morgantown, W.Va., Monday, Jul 4, 2005. The President told the estimated 3,000 people at West Virginia University that "the revolutionary truths of the Declaration are still at the heart of America."
