1 c. white corn meal
1/3 c. sugar
1 T. baking soda
1 c. flour
2 t. baking powder
¾ t. salt
1 egg
1/3 c. oleo, melted
1 ¼ c. fat free sour cream
Melt butter in cast iron skillet in oven at 425°. Mix the rest of the ingredients together and pour into melted butter in skillet. Bake for 25 minutes.
