Mrs. Laura Bush speaks with Panama's President Martin Torrijos at the United Nations Thursday, Jan. 31, 2008, during a UN-UNICEF ceremony honoring Panamanian First Lady Mrs. Vivian Fernandez de Torrijos. Mrs. Bush congratulated President Torrijos on Panama taking the position as president of the UN Security Council and highlighted the importance of international action to support freedom in Burma. With them is Jenna Bush, daughter of President George W. Bush and Mrs. Bush.
