When the
President is working at the White House, he records the President's
Weekly Radio Address to the Nation in the Cabinet Room, just a few feet from the Oval Office. Exceptions
have been made for logistical reasons in other locations on the White House grounds, but for the most part,
the President prefers the acoustics and comfort of the Cabinet Room.
