Cinco de Mayo: A fiesta of color and tradition
President George W. Bush and Laura Bush host a dinner filled with color and music to celebrate Cinco de Mayo in the Rose Garden Wednesday, May 4, 2005. “Cinco de Mayo commemorates a joyful moment in Mexican history. Tonight we're proud to celebrate that moment together,” said the President in his remarks. “The United States and Mexico are united by ties of family, faith in God, and a deep love for freedom.”
