President
George W. Bush discussed the non-negotiable demands of human dignity in his 2002 State of the Union Address.

The President recognizes that all fathers and mothers in all societies want their children to be educated and to live free from poverty and violence. These aspirations are realized when societies stand firm for the non-negotiable demands of human dignity.
