Welcome to the Office of Administration's reporting page for the Notification and Federal Employee Antidiscrimination and Retaliation Act of 2002 (NO FEAR Act), Public Law 107-174.
The NO FEAR Act requires Federal Agencies to post on their public web sites certain summary statistical data relating to equal employment opportunity (EEO) complaints filed against the respective Agencies.
The Office of Administration's Equal Employment Opportunity Division is posting this data for components of the Executive Office of the President.
There are a total of 8 individual data postings for EOP components; they are the following: (1) Office of Management and Budget; (2) Office of National Drug Control Policy; (3) Office of Science and Technology Policy; (4) Council of Economic Advisers; (5) National Security Council; (6) Council on Environmental Quality; (7) United States Trade Representative; and (8) Office of Administration. The EEO summary statistical data are organized in accordance with 29 CFR 1614.
