Personnel Announcement

President George W. Bush today announced his intention to nominate one individual to serve in his Administration:

The President announced his intention to nominate Gus P. Coldebella, of Massachusetts, to serve as General Counsel at the Department of Homeland Security. Mr. Coldebella began serving at the Department of Homeland Security in October 2005 as Deputy General Counsel, and has been the principal officer in charge of that office since February 2007. Prior to his federal service, he was a Partner at Goodwin Procter LLP in Boston. Earlier in his career, he also served as a Special Assistant District Attorney at the Middlesex District Attorney's Office in East Cambridge, Massachusett s. Mr. Coldebella received his bachelor's degree from Colgate University and his JD from Cornell Law School.
