Presidential Delegation to Attend the Opening Ceremonies of the Special Olympics World Summer Games in Shanghai, China

President George W. Bush today announced the designation of a Presidential Delegation to attend the Opening Ceremonies of the Special Olympics World Summer Games in Shanghai, China on October 2, 2007.

The Honorable Margaret Spellings, Secretary of Education, will lead the delegation.

Ms. Michelle Kwan, Figure Skating Champion and American Public Diplomacy Envoy
