President George W. Bush receives the Report to the President on Issues Raised by the Virginia Tech Tragedy in the Oval Office Wednesday, June 13, 2007, presented to President Bush by Attorney General Alberto Gonzales; U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services Michael O. Leavitt and U.S. Secretary of Education Margaret Spellings. The report was compiled by the departments of Justice, Health and Human Services and Education in response to the tragic shooting rampage at Virginia Tech April 16, 2007 in Blacksburg, Va.
