President Bush to Welcome Prime Minister Fredrik Reinfeldt of Sweden

President Bush will welcome Prime Minister Fredrik Reinfeldt of Sweden to the White House on May 15, 2007. Sweden is an important partner of the United States and this visit underscores the close ties and strong cooperation between our two countries, particularly in promoting democracy, supporting international development assistance, and combating terrorism. The two leaders will discuss a range of issues, including Afghanistan, Kosovo, Darfur, and enhancing cooperation between the United States and Sweden on alternative energy.
