Personnel Announcement

President George W. Bush today announced his intention to appoint one individual and designate one individual to serve in his Administration.

The President intends to appoint Dennis W. Carlton, of Illinois, to be a Member of the Antitrust Modernization Commission (Government Representative).

The President intends to designate Clay Lowery, of Virginia, to be the Acting United States Executive Director of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
