Harlon Eugene Costner, of North Carolina, to be United States Marshal for the Middle District of North Carolina, vice Becky Jane Wallace.
Richard Zenos Winget, of Nevada, to be United States Marshal for the District of Nevada, vice Jose Gerardo Troncoso.
