The World Will Always Remember September 11
Prime Minister Blair joined with President Bush and other leaders, to mark the three-month occasion at 1:46 British Time. The Prime Minister was joined by U.S. Secretary of State Colin Powell — who was in London on his way back from the Middle East and Moscow — for a ceremony at 10 Downing Street.
