Completely Even
  • A, E, I , O, and U are vowels in the American (English) Alphabet. A number is considered to be completely even if the number is not only even but the spelling of the number contains an even number of vowels. For example, 4 is completely even since 4 is an even number and Four contains an even number of vowels, 2 (o and u). How many completely even integers greater than zero and less than 100 exist.
