Clare Pritchett
Director of the White House Visitors Office

Clare Pritchett serves President George W. Bush as Director of the White House Visitors Office. Her main responsibility is White House tours, but duties extend beyond daily tours to include coordination of the White House Easter Egg Roll, Holiday Open Houses, Spring and Fall Garden tours, State Arrival Ceremonies and other special events.

Before joining the Bush Administration, Clare served as Advance Representative for Mrs. Laura Bush and Regional Finance Director for the Bush for President campaign in Austin, Texas. She has worked for President Bush since 1996, serving as Administrative Director and Deputy Finance Director for the Governor Bush Committee in Austin, Texas. Before joining President Bush, Clare was a Fifth Grade teacher at Old Town Elementary in Round Rock, Texas.

Clare grew up in Fort Worth, Texas and earned her bachelors degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
