Mrs. Laura Bush and Mrs. Salma Kikwete, First Lady of Tanzania, exchange handshakes after Mrs. Bush presented Mrs. Kikwete with keys to an ambulance Sunday, Feb. 17, 2008, during her visit to Dar es Salaam. The ambulance will be donated to Sokoine Regional Hospital and will be used in the Lindi Region, one of the poorest and neediest in the country.
