Decorated eggs that are being presented at the White House Visitor Center in Washington, DC, Thursday, April 6, 2006, as part of the State Egg Display which exhibits a decorated egg from a select artist of each state. This tradition has been going on since 1994, and each year the artists vote amongst themselves to select the artist to create the following years commemorative egg which is presented to the President and First Lady.
