As of December 31, 2005, the following agencies have performed best in meeting the component parts (as specified in the Standards for Success) of the PMA initiatives.
GETTING TO GREEN: Agencies Achieving Criteria in the HUMAN CAPITAL Initiative

Developed, analyzed, and used a comprehensive human capital plan integrated with agency’s overall strategic plan

Analyzed organizational structure and is working to optimize; processes in place to address future organizational changes

Succession strategies result in continuously updated talent pool and meets its targets for closing leadership competency gaps

Performance appraisal plans and awards programs link, differentiate, and provide consequences for SES, managers, and at least 60% of the rest of the agency and beta site is ready to link pay to performance

Reduced under-representation and established a process to sustain diversity

Meets targets for closing competency gaps in mission-critical occupations

On track to meet its planned reduction in hiring timeline and complete hiring process improvements

Periodically conducts accountability reviews and takes corrective and improvement actions based on findings and results
