Description: Construct the Swan Lake-Lake Tyee Intertie. The Intertie comprises a fifty-seven (57) mile 138kV (69kV initially) hydroelectric transmission line connecting the Four Dam Pool Power Agency-owned hydroelectric projects at Swan Lake on the Upper Carroll Inlet and Lake Tyee on the Bradfield Canal. Work to be completed under this grant is clearing of the final one mile of right-of-way, and construction of the tower foundations along the entire 57-mile route.
