Description: Create a knowledge management computer SW base to support MSFC's PSD engineering community. This grant supplements 10/2005 initial award by continuing development of critical engineering processes in support of SSME propulsion elements including Crew Launch Vehicle propulsion components, data collection, knowledge capture and decision support. The majority of the work under this programmatic earmark went to the University of Alabama. A little more than 1/4 of available funds were used for in-house work.
