Description: A grant in the amount of $992,000 was funds were used to pay rental expenses and other eligible operating expenses of the Ohio Livestock Expo Center in Springfield, Ohio. The Ohio Equine and Agricultural Association, Inc. (OEAA), is the developer and operator of the livestock exposition facility on the Clark County Fairgrounds. The OEAA, pursuant to its application, requested that the grant funds be used to pay rental expenses and other eligible operating expenses as authorized by OMB Circular A-129 that it incurs in the operation of the livestock exhibition facility.
