Description: The objectives of this project are to: support a series of interventions that will extend the benefits of HIV care and treatment to at least 650 low income, underserved, and minority individuals and families living with HIV who are currently not reached, or effectively served through the existing system of care. The proposed program will also implement and test a variety of innovative strategies for reaching and serving individuals with HIV living on low incomes, and incorporate multi-disciplinary support services to help improve their compliance with care and treatment.
