Description: The Memphis Bioworks Foundation plans to conduct a study on developing the Memphis Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA) into a major distribution center for biotechnology and biomedical products. The study will analyze the regional economic context, assets, and needs, and will provide recommendations that, when implemented, are expected to result in technological improvements, cost savings, and improved coordination in distribution, warehousing and communications.
